SynEDgy Training is the second pillar of the SynEDgy Approach to Living and Learning Together. Our 'learning' to be human is something which most likely happens only by the socialization of our children by societal norms and values. If we wish to become a lawyer, we study and train for many years to become a competent one. If we wish to be a teacher, we need to study for at least three years.

But in being human, our training seems to 'just happen' without much thought, reason or purpose. We learn how to communicate through our parents. We learn to speak their native Language (English, Spanish etc) and we also learn their emotional language (how to resolve conflict, how to work with increasing stress levels etc).

The challenge comes when we come to realise that the skills we have are no longer appropriate (like shouting or threatening to get our children to cooperate). This is where SynEDgy Training provides various workshops that support you in developing the core skills needed to communicate and be effective human beings (whatever 'being human' means for you.)

These workshops are designed to make a difference throughout your life, not just as a once off product (like eating a sandwich). It is therefore an investment into your life and your relationships.
